• Camper Calling takes place at Ragley Hall, on a private estate.

    The entertainment is spread across three fields

    • Lakeside Stage

    • Arrow Stage

    • Carnival Field

    These entertainment fields are encompassed by festival campsites.

    Accessible Campsite

    The Accessible Campsite is located beside the Arrow Stage, on the top of the hill. There is a designated entrance from the Accessible Campsite into the arena to reduce queuing time.

    Ground conditions

    Camper Calling takes place on an open green-field site, with lush grass and a variety of natural inclines and uneven areas throughout the festival grounds. While there will be some sheltered spaces, including marquees and covered areas, much of the festival takes place outdoors.

    As with any outdoor festival, ground conditions can be affected by the weather. In the event of heavy or extreme weather, the ground may become muddy, wet or uneven, and grassed areas may become churned up. The Camper Calling team will do everything they can to manage the site and minimise the impact of adverse weather, but conditions may still affect how easily you can move around the festival.

    We ask all visitors to take this into consideration when purchasing a ticket and to come prepared for changing ground and weather conditions.

  • There are a limited amount of 13 amp sockets available in the Accessible Campsite for charging mobility scooter batteries. Please be mindful of others, and only use the chargers for batteries, and when necessary.

    You can also charge your mobility scooter, battery, or other medical equipment at the Medical Tent, located on the Lakeside Field.

  • We have a viewing platform on the Lakeside Field and Arrow Field. These are reserved for visitors with access requirements and their companion.

  • Our main bar on Arrow and Lakeside Field have a lower serving area for wheelchair users.

  • Accessible Portaloos located in high traffic areas such as the accessible viewing platforms, will require a Radar Key. If you do not have one, a key can be collected from the Information Tent. There are accessible portaloos located across the festival site and campsites, which do not require a key.

    The information tent is a white marquee with a banner above the entrance 'Information & Merchandise’, located beside the Medical Tent on the Lakeside Field.

    Wheelchair users have complimentary access to ‘Flash Flush’ which has a hoist and ramped access. This is not a free service for companions.

  • It can be overwhelming for some when spending the weekend at a music festival.

    We recommend a walk through the Gardens or House.

  • Medical supplies that require refrigeration can be stored at the Medical Tent, on the Lakeside Field.
