Ticketing
Changing my order
We're sorry but tickets are non-refundable or transferable.
If you would like to add to your order please reply to your original order email with exactly what you'd like to add and in which camping area. We'll reply with further instructions.
Age restrictions
Camper Calling is a family festival and by purchasing a ticket for an individual under the age of 18 you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the teen or child for whom you are purchasing.
Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the festival with the person who purchased their ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian who must be over the age of 25.
Anyone with a ticket under the age of 18 without being accompanied by the above will be denied entry.
Campers
Camping Tickets can only be booked in advance and we start dispatching them 2-3 weeks before the event. If you have not received them by the 21st of August please get in touch. You’ll receive all of the information you need for a smooth entry.
Day Visitors
Day Visitors will receive e-tickets within 5 minutes of the order being replaced. If you have not received your tickets, please check your spam or junk mail folder or contact us as the email address you have ordered with may have been incorrect.
As a day visitor you will not be able to access the campsites and have a dedicated day visitor park, pricing and instructions will be on the ticket site.
Pedestrian access is through the blue gate with a footpath from the village of Alcester.

Gate Opening times
Whether you are camping or visiting for the day, the gate opening hours are below for both new arrivals and people returning.
Thursday 12pm - 8pm (Camping only, additional charge applies and must be booked in advance)
Friday 10am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday 10am - 8pm
Departure Times
We have a policy of no vehicle movement outside of gate opening hours for safety reasons. We also state that no campers leave during Thursday or Friday when the majority of arrivals take place.
You will not be able to re-enter outside of the gate opening hours.
We advise that once camped you should not plan on leaving until Monday morning unless absolutely necessary. If you wish to leave earlier please camp close to a fire lane and leave/re-enter during gate opening hours and never in the dark.
All campers must have left the venue by 12 noon on Monday.

Directions
When you receive your ticket you’ll have instructions on which gate to enter. For campers this will match the colour of vehicle pass you have been sent.
Follow signs to Ragley Hall and then the following colours as you get close.

Camping Information
You can camp in anything from a tent to a motorhome. Camper Calling is for everyone.
While space is nice, try not take up too much, a space less than 10m x 10m should be more than enough. Avoid using excessively sized tents. Please note that our VIP and Accessible camping areas have their own space restrictions, please check there for further information.
You can camp on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Visitors must leave the site by 12 noon on the Monday. Thursday night camping is only available to those who have pre-booked Thursday night passes.
Dog Policy
Well behaved dogs are allowed must be kept on a lead at all times, they are not allowed in marquees/tents after 8pm and must be kept at least 50m away from any outdoor stages.
Showers
Yes. We will have a limited number of showers onsite open from 7am until 10pm.
Electric Hookups
VIP camping has the option of a 16amp electric hookups in a dedicated area. This must be booked in advance and a compatible cable to plug in must be brought with you. If you wish to camp with friends then you must all have the electric or non electric option.
We may be able to assist the charging of electric mobility scooters at the information stand although there is no guarantee. We advise bringing sufficient battery packs.
BBQS and Fire Pits
Fire Pits are not allowed for obvious reasons. Anyone seen lighting a fire or with a fire pit will be evicted.
Fitted gas stoves inside vans can be used as well as gas stoves and gas BBQs raised onto tables or stands outside.
Anything else such as disposable and charcoal BBQ’s are not allowed.
Please do not use a barbecue inside a camper van, tent, or similar; in addition to the fire risk a barbecue gives off carbon-monoxide which can be fatal if inhaled.
Food & Drink
With over 60 unique, independent food and drink traders at Camper Calling it’d be a shame to miss out however we understand the need to sometimes bring your own.
Weekend campers can bring a reasonable amount of food and alcohol for your own personal consumption.
NO GLASS
Please remember that glass is not allowed anywhere on site so please make sure to decant anything you are planning to bring into the campsites into plastic containers before you arrive. Bag checks will be in place on entrance to the entertainment areas.
No food or alcohol is allowed to be brought on site by day visitors, empty water bottles are allowed and we have refill stations throughout the arena. Day visitors can bring a small bag (no larger than an A4 sheet of paper)
Bag checks will take place on entry and any prohibited items will be confiscated.
Lake Activities
All lake activities are managed safely by Black Goat Adventures. If you would like to make use of the lake then you must do so by booking through our Lake Activities booking page.
Dogs

Do not leave dogs alone in vehicles or in the campsite. Irresponsible owners will be evicted.
